When I bought Bolands eleven years ago it was a very dilapidated smallholding with around 3 acres of ground.                                     
Horses grazed up to the bungalow
windows and had eaten out the  roof beams in the out buildings.
The only cultivated plants were a Bramley Apple tree and a Flowering Cherry.
Slowly, over time, I am restoring the
garden and buildings, with a lot of help from good friends!!
